You will receive all the extra benefits of being affiliated with the team along with the reduced costs associated with the Market Center, all for only a 15% team split on Gross Commission Income.
Your team split is reduced to only 10% once your volume exceeds approximately $40,000 GCI in the calendar year.
Your team split is reduced down to only 5% once your volume exceeds approximately $90,000 GCI in the calendar year. You will also get premium level Full Service transaction coordination service at no extra charge to help take more of the work load off of you.
Once you have exceeded $300,000 GCI, there is no further team split for the calendar year, and each transaction only incurs a $250 transaction fee to the team.
