The Numbers
We want to improve upon the Keller Williams experience and increase the value that you receive by being a part of the Market Center, and Keller Williams. By being a part of The Property Brokers Network, you will receive a lower company dollar cost than if you were a solo agent.
By switching from a solo agent to a team member agent, your cap is reduced in half. This means instead of paying $12,000 to the market center, as a team member, your annual cap to the market center is reduced to $6,000. The processing fees after being capped with the market center are also potentially split with the team, depending on capped status of team lead or mentor. This could result in the $100 processing fee being reduced to either $50 or $33.33 per transaction instead of the full $100.
